Gruppo di Manchester formato nel 1982 da Steven Patrick Morrissey (voce), Johnny Marr (chitarra), Andy Rourke (basso) e Mike Joyce (batteria). Attivi fino al 1987, sono noti per le chitarre jangle di Marr e i testi arguti e malinconici di Morrissey; tra i più influenti della musica britannica degli anni ’80.
