In alcuni brani, tipo "On my mind", ci sono influenze dei Cartel e dei Yellowcard in "When I die" e "Boulders". Ci sono degli spunti inaspettati in "Too good to be" e "Familiar landescapes", mentre "Love anda pain" secondo me sarebbe stato l'unico pezzo da non inserire nell'album.

01 Oxygen (03:15)
Constantly connected to the total unexpected.
I'm a con, a stealer of hearts.
I only keep this close eye, to keep you on your toes.
I’ll take a glance while you sleep at night.
While I climb under your nose, so don’t leave me.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me here.
I can’t breathe without you.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me here.
I don’t wanna be without you.
I don’t wanna live without you.
I don’t wanna breathe without you.
You’re my oxygen.
It’s hard to get rejected, by the one you most expected to be by your side.
At first hopping you should run and hide.
But I don’t think you’re to blame, I’ve kept you on your toes.
I dream of you while I sleep at night, so nobody will know.
So don’t leave me.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me here.
I can’t breathe without you.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me here.
I don’t wanna be without you.
I don’t wanna live without you.
I don’t wanna breathe without you.
You’re my oxygen.
Oxygen.
With me is where you belong, right with me is where you belong.
Right here, right here, don’t leave me.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me here.
I can’t breathe without you.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me.
Cause I can’t live without you so,
Don’t leave, don’t leave me here.
I can’t breathe without you.
Don’t leave, don’t leave me.
I don’t wanna breathe without you.
You’re my oxygen.
I don’t wanna breathe without you.
You’re my oxygen.
Oxygen, oxygen, oxygen.
03 It's Not Your Fault (03:37)
It was a cold California,
Even in the summer,
She was wrapped in a blanket by the pool,
There were rapid statements,
About life commitments,
A sense of heat that I couldn't bare to touch,
I couldn't bare it.
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
Please stop your crying now,
Woah,
Woah.
There was staring and seclusion,
A fine tuned way of motion,
A face wrapped for a suitor,
The sound of hearts pumping at the same beat,
Coming 'round the corner,
In almost all directions,
A sense of heat that I couldn't bare to touch,
No, I couldn't bare it.
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
(It's not your fault so please stop your crying now)
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
(It's not your fault so please stop your crying)
Now you, wait for, something, to cure this,
Well I'm here, under your downpour.
No, woah.
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
It's not your fault so please stop your crying,
It's not your fault.
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
(It's not your fault so please stop your crying now)
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
(No, woah)
It's not your fault so please stop your crying now,
(No woah, no woah) (It's not your fault so please stop your crying now),
It's not your fault, stop crying now,
(No...)
12 Connected (03:38)
For a while now I've been
The quickest one to shed my skin
Forcing me to put up walls
Climbing taller every cause
Hurry down to me
Soon I'll be back from all this work
And I'll make love to you
Make love to you
We'll reconnect it
Soon I'll be back in your arms
Be back in your arms
Connected
The circle in your eyes tell more
More than you have bargained for
It takes trying to rip your skin
To really know how thick it is
Hurry down to me
Hurry down to me
13 Boulders (05:23)
I feel locked away
with the weight of the world on my shoulders
crushing on my head are boulders
made of lies and dust from all of us
what of the bonds we've made
that have started to fade
we can't control the time
but right now I'll take what I can get out of my life
medicate me again
so I fall away
medicate me now
so I fall away
I feel torn between
two different sides of an opinion
don't know what state I've been in
don't believe in trust, for only one of us
what of the progress made
that night we all forgave
it was a thought out crime
but you should take what you can get out of this life
medicate me again
so I fall away
medicate me now
I fall away
medicate me again
so I fall away
medicate me now
so I fall away
I never said that I didn't need you
put down your arms
and wrap them both right around me
(both) right around me (x4)
