02 Miserable Girl (04:11)
Taking your time,
Answering eyes,
And you're thinking of why
Instead of about.
And it's taking up time,
You never had.
And you're making up like,
Nothing is said.
There were all these cries,
And don't ask whys,
A kiss will never taste like goodbye.
And it's almost fine,
But all this time,
The feeling is so hard to deny.
Why not till it's over?
You're just a miserable girl,
Trapped in a healthy body. (x2)
You're such a catholic girl,
Trapped in a guilty body.
Taking your time,
Answering eyes,
And you're thinking of why
Instead of about.
And it's taking up time,
You never had.
And you're making up like,
Nothing is said.
There were all these cries,
And don't ask whys,
A kiss will never taste like goodbye.
And it's almost fine,
But all this time,
The feeling is so hard to deny.
Why not till it's over?
Until it's over.
You're just a miserable girl,
Trapped in a healthy body. (x3)
You're such a catholic girl,
Trapped in a guilty body.
You're just a miserable girl,
Trapped in a healthy body.
You're such a catholic girl,
Trapped in a guilty body.
03 E Talking (05:39)
Names that sound familiar
Secret wounds from failure
Try and look into their eyes
A part of the weekend never dies
There's no tension in your dance
As you try and hold my hand
chorus:
It's not you it's the e-talking
Closing in on the translation
It's not you it's the e-talking
I'm not sure which part I'm playing
Look and I come in between
Faces you have never seen
Silence re-alarms go wild
Rock stop paint me melt to lie
As you weep things work the same
But I can't recall your name
chorus:
It's not you it's the e-talking
Closing in on the translation
It's not you it's the e-talking
I'm not sure which part I'm playing
Stranger at your own
Party feels like home
Late night phonecalls
Try to please all
chorus:
It's not you it's the e-talking
Closing in on the translation
It's not you it's the e-talking
I'm not sure which part I'm playing
04 Accidents and Compliments (06:09)
You need truth and aspirine
I need violence
No one, no one has good taste
It's all just coincidence
Cause you don't seem to bother
You don't seem to understand
Accidents and compliments
Cause you don't seem to understand
This is all you wanted
You don't seem to comprehend
I need pills and memories
You need an audience
No one, no one gets nothing
I call you an ...??
Cause you don't seem to bother
You don't seem to understand
Accidents and compliments
Cause you don't seem to comprehend
We do not accept this
You don't seem to understand
Cause you don't seem to understand
Accidents and compliments
You don't seem to comprehend
We do not accept this
You don't seem so innocent
This is all you wanted
You don't seem to understand
Cause every time we try to end...
05 Compute (05:32)
All we ever wanted,
Was to know how to shake off every impulse,
Looking up evolution's skirt,
To see what the future will bring.
The stink that smacks the nostrils,
Tracks down it's origin in reason,
Somehow we just can't help but feel,
The beat of the wrong guy.
Everything seems to work fine,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everybody's feeling alright,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
The answer's gone to waste,
The question is wrapped in hesitation.
But all the handshakes in the world,
Couldn't grasp why this is absurd.
Every time this happens,
Some representative of instinct.
Slips you his buisiness card and leaves you,
To figure out what it means.
This sinking feeling,
That there's more than meets the eye.
You just have to wonder why,
You just have to wonder why.
Everything seems to work fine,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everybody's feeling alright,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
This sinking feeling,
That there's more than meets the eye.
You just have to wonder why,
You just have to wonder why.
Everything seems to work fine,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everybody's feeling alright,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everything seems to work fine,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everything seems to work fine,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everything seems to work fine,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
Everybody's feeling alright,
But something doesn't compute.
It does not compute.
06 Slowdance (06:18)
It's gonna pull you from the dance
Shift your weight out of there
Fast asleep in a room somewhere
You nearly lost your name in there
Everybody knows
When you dance too slow
You're all alone, on your own
Just lay the sequence in your head
Embrace the fact you're someone else
Everybody knows
When you dance too slow
No-one ever comes and says, hello
Everybody knows
When you dance too slow
You're all alone, on your own
Calling your name from across the room
Still in the rooms, everything went boom
This reception it doesn't come in clear
You just can't make the connection, dear
Everybody knows
When you dance too slow
No-one ever comes and says, hello
Everybody knows
When you dance too slow
You're all alone, on your own
08 KracK (05:23)
When I believe it’s time.
The great escape from you.
Come, come on clear minds,
You turn it upside down,
The stopwatch prophecy.
You try to take it all back,
Something will make you go krack.
They wanna sell museum,
The sailor moved away,
He's on the dance floor now,
It's gone insane.
You try to take it all back,
Something will make you go krack.
I tried nothing at all,
Something will make you go krack.
Five more words to throw back.
You will clear beneath him, now that I'm back.
This heart's a ???
While insanity is under attack.
It's under a stoming boat.
You wanna sell it all.
They wanna sell museum,
The sailor moved away,
He's on the dance floor now,
It's gone insane.
You try to take it all back,
It's under a stoming boat.
You try to take it all back,
It's under a stoming boat.
AAAAHHHHH!
