Glasgow. Fine anni ’90.

01   Indiscretion #243 (03:43)

I'm listening like my father
Told me how to
And burning like my brother
Always knew I would
I admit these strong defences
All around you, yeah
Check, check, check
Turn your face to the wall and laugh
The chains we wore
Are breaking up the wall
Forget my indescretions
These looks and my confessions
So praise the Lord
Way up high
Is it good to feel alright
So praise the Lord
His priests defy

02   Black Path (03:53)

It's time to follow the black path
And come tommorow you won't laugh alone
Faced down you can see the ground turn
From green and red, black to grey
Where everyone becomes afraid of you

To find your journey on the black path
The darkest Sunday from your own past
Right now, I can see the ground turn
From green and red, black to grey
Where everyone becomes afraid of you

If you're the one
If you're the one
If you're the one
If you're the one
If you're the one
If you're the one
If you're the one

See how blasphemous laugh can be
See how blasphemous laugh can be
See how blasphemous laugh can be
See how blasphemous laugh can be

03   A Simple Process of Elimination (05:48)

04   Older (05:17)

05   No Really, Everything's Fine (05:55)

06   Wood (05:21)

08   In Gratitude (04:52)

It is dangerous
To put this into words
But I'm alright
Close to fulfilment
I miss you
I miss you

And anyway
I just wanted to show you
A muse now
Empty and sinking
Lost
In gratitude
In gratitude

It is dangerous
To put into words
But I know in time
We'll get out of this mess
We'll get out of this mess

And anyway
I just wanted to show you
Some happiness
I wanted to show you the stars
I want to show you the stars
And we'll break up

Just hit the ground running
Just hit the ground running, I know
Just hit the ground running
And we'll break up

Just hit the ground running
Just hit the ground running
Just hit the ground running
That's when we'll break up

Just hit the ground running
Just hit the ground running, I know
Just hit the ground running
And then we'll stop

09   A Winter's Discord (06:32)

Finally I have had enough Just one last journey to your island Where there's no peace And some kind of useless love Wrapped in a whistle That I'll never know One last chance to hide upstairs To watch gentle lights from the window Maybe I'm wrong Maybe I've always been Stronger to question All I hold as true You've seen more than this Seen more than this Seen more than this Black eye Black eye above Black eye above Black eye above me Better free than saved Better free than saved But I'm always afraid to kill But I'm always afraid to kill
