L'album di George Michael pubblicato all'inizio del millennio è, come dice il titolo, una raccolta delle piú belle canzoni del secolo che ci siamo appena lasciati alle spalle, molte delle quali - grazie alla sua delicata e quasi angelica voce - riesce a rendere ancora piú belle delle versioni originali.
Canzoni molto romantiche ed affascinanti, sia melodicamente parlando che nei testi, le uniche canzoni che hanno testi un po' scarsi sono la bellissima (dal punto di vista melodico) Brother Can You Spare a Dime e My Baby Just Cares For Me (che ritengo inascoltabile).
Un cd emozionante, forse un po' corto, ma comunque vale i soldi spesi.
