I Ghosts sono una band inglese che da poco ha iniziato a girichhiare anche da noi in Italia con il singolo "The world is outside", che passa 124 volte su Mtv e su Radio Kiss kiss, Radio Latte e Miele ecc... E' l'ennesimo gruppetto inglese che ci viene proposto da sto cazzo di mercato discografico, che ci impone cosa ascoltare, cosa apprezzare e soprattutto cosa COMPRARE!!! Canzonette semplici e pulite, classico stile britpop che non dice proprio niente di nuovo dieci anni dopo i grandi successi made in England, sound scontato e accattivante che puo attirare solo un bambinetto di 16 anni che ascolta Povia e i Subsonica.
Ormai è facile fare successo: ai Ghosts è bastato prendere un po dei Roxette, copiare in maniera spudorata i mediocri e lamentosi Keane (sbaglio o il cantante ha anche la stessa faccia del ciccione che cantava "Everybody's changing"??), mettere nel calderone anche qualcosina di Blur, Oasis e soci e il gioco è fatto. Un bel minestrone riscaldato pronto per essere montato e super-esaltato dalla televisione, dalla pubblicità e dalle case discografiche. Un bel Cd innovativo e assolutamente originale che venderà 3 milioni di copie e farà ricchi quegli stronzi e tutti quelli che campano sulla loro nullità.
Il gruppo rivelazione dell'anno è pronto a spopolare in Italia: la stampa li elogia, saranno ospiti prestissimo a Trl e si vocifera (lo so che è uno scoop incredibile, non ci crederete!!) che canteranno anche al festivalbar!!!uuuu!!!il festivalbar è una cosa seria!! Amo il festivalbar!! Come amo Mtv, amo le case discografiche, amo Ligabue, amo CD live (Dj alvin mi allieta alquanto il sabato pomeriggio!!), amo i milioni e milioni di bambocci schifosi che comprano i cd di Gigi d'Alessio e si pisciano nelle mutande. A fanculo quei deficienti che ascoltano i Led Zeppelin, i Nirvana e i Beatles!!
In conclusione, non vale la pena di parlare di questo cd che non è nè carne nè pesce, che non aggiunge niente ad un panorama musicale troppo ampio e mediocre, che non possiede nessun carattere di originalità: è semplice e banalissimo pop, insipido, inutile e che non vale un cazzo!! Era solo una scusa per contestare tutta la parte di cantanti, critica, pubblico e mass media che un gruppo come questo rappresenta!! Sono cose dette e ridette, ma fin quando c'è gente che recensisce James Blunt e Paolo Meneguzzi ci sarà sempre bisogno di ribadirlo ancora!!
