Bene, il disco che sto per recensire, ha un forte significato per me, e quindi se la recensione fosse troppo di parte, scusatemi.
Il disco è uno dei più belli dei Ramones, uscì nel '79 circa, ma venne oscurato dai suoi (magnifici) predecessori, 'Ramones' e 'Rocket to russia', due album molto importanti per la storia del rock. L'album inizia con Do You Remember Rock n' Roll Radio?, una canzone piacevole, che scorre via una meraviglia, e viene seguita da 2 songs + "quieti": Danny Says e Danny Says. Sono canzoni con una melodia splendida, e tranquilla, che precedono l'energia tirata fuori da Chinese Rock.
The Retutn of Jackie and Judy è forse la migliore dell'album, insieme a Rock n' Roll Radio, e se la troppo sdolcinata Baaaaaaby I Loooove You rischia di annoiare, si riattacca subito con Let's Go. L'album è composto da 12 canzoni, e se prendete la versione espansa (come me) troverete altre cose in +, ma quello che conta di questo disco è ke i Ramones hanno fatto molti CAPOLAVORI, come appunto questo.
