Dopo uno splendido esordio nel 2002, con "The second you sleep", ecco il seguito di questa band danese, dal titolo "These are the days".
Un bel disco, forse più grezzo e meno completo rispetto al precedente, ma pur sempre riconducibile al suono tipico dei Saybia. Alcuni episodi più ritmati, come il singolo "Brillant sky" o "Bend the rules", e molti brani di atmosfera, dai suoni generalmente acustici, con melodie ariose e malinconiche, dove ancora una volta la grande voce di Soeren riesce a rendere ancor maggiormente intense le liriche dai contenuti sempre molto introspettivi.
Una band che a mio modo di vedere merita grande attenzione: melodie orecchiabili, ma costruite con stile, come quelle dei Saybia, non se ne sentono molte in giro... Da tenere d'occhio!
