Un bel contenitore di suoni diversi, non c'è che dire. Oltre al numero di strumenti presenti nel disco, le atmosfere create spaziano dagli swing degli anni '50 ("Earth Angel") ai pianoforti tintinnanti aggiunti e alle chitarre degli anni '70 e '90. Un disco senza tempo, che fa molto sfondo. Non per niente è la colonna sonora dell'omonimo film. Nello scarno panorama britannico, Damon Gough ha il merito di aver creato qualcosa di ... singolare. E' un disco piacevole che lascia un buon sapore in bocca quando lo si ripone nella custodia. Certo non è illuminante. Consigliabile
