Un disco semplicemente stupendo.
I due dj inglesi componenti il duo Bent, dopo anni passati nelle trincee dell'house, si dedicano alla loro opera prima.
Fanno un disco. E che disco.
Ci trovate semplicemente di tutto, ogni traccia è una nuova scoperta, qualcosa di inaspettato e di magnifico.
Sentire solo "Swollen" e "I Love My Man" per capire quali somme artistiche possano toccare due ragazzi e un computer, e tanta poesia.
Con questo disco i Bent gettano le basi per un nuovo sound che cerca, scava, crea, scarta, cita, inventa prendendo spunto dai suoni che li circondano. Suoni rigorosamente elettronici.
Indubbiamente un disco imprescindibile, per varietà di suoni, cura nella costruzione delle tracks e per quei felicissimi episodi che sono i due pezzi citati.
