Le puttane dei Motörhead. Nessuna definizione può essere più calzante. All'apice del loro successo, Lemmy & Friends si portano in giro per le music-hall questo complessino tutto al femminile, anche se probabilmente in fatto di peli potevano rivaleggiare con i padrini succitati (scusate l'immagine).
"Demolition" (1980) è il loro debutto, e trasuda hard 'n' heavy da ogni traccia. Attenzione - Dichiarazione Discutibile: con dieci tracce queste specie di groupies spazzano via un'intera discografia Motörheadiana. Dall'iniziale "Demolition Boys" a "Deadline", è una festa di rock stradaiolo e metal inglese delle origini. In evidenza la composizione più celebre, "Race With The Devil". Poco altro da capire: buttate su il disco e muovete il deretano con la birra in mano, i Tangerine Dream li si ascolta domani.
Per chi scrive, uno dei maggiori album di metal classico, inglese e non; adatto a giovani rocker barbuti e stempiati precocemente con le Converse rotte, metaller anzianotti, grezzoni panzuti, lavoratori stressati in cerca di una valvola di sfogo che non sia l'ubriacatura depressa.
