Tra le voci storiche figurano Jesse Leach (1999–2002, 2012–presente) e Howard Jones (2002–2012). Hanno contribuito in modo decisivo alla diffusione del metalcore moderno con album come Alive or Just Breathing, The End of Heartache e As Daylight Dies.
