Slowdive sono un gruppo shoegaze inglese formatosi a Reading nel 1989 attorno a Rachel Goswell e Neil Halstead, con Nick Chaplin, Christian Savill e Simon Scott. Hanno pubblicato Just for a Day (1991), Souvlaki (1993) e Pygmalion (1995) per la Creation Records; sciolti nel 1995, si sono riuniti nel 2014, pubblicando Slowdive (2017) ed Everything Is Alive (2023).
