Fonde pop/rock con orchestrazioni di archi e arrangiamenti ricchi, ottenendo grande successo negli anni ’70 e ’80 con album come Out of the Blue e singoli come Mr. Blue Sky, Evil Woman e Don’t Bring Me Down.
