Warren Zevon (1947–2003) è stato un cantautore e rocker statunitense, celebre per i testi sarcastici e cinematografici e per brani come Werewolves of London. Ammirato da colleghi come Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen e Jackson Browne, ha chiuso la carriera con The Wind (2003), album pubblicato dopo la diagnosi di cancro e vincitore di due Grammy.
