Ci siamo finalmente, qui si parla di storia ragazzi.
Ozzy cercava nuovamene un chitarrista con cui collaborare, e alla sua audizione si presentò un giovane alto, capelli lunghi e biondi cascanti sul viso, appena diciannovenne. Parlo di lui, di uno dei più bravi chitarristi metal ancora oggi in circolazione: Zakk Wilde.
Questo disco è stata una vera rinascita per Ozzy, e il loro affiatamento si è visto subito. Inutile decantare la bravura di Zakk e il suo tocco unico. Pezzi come "Crazy Babes", "Devil Daughter" e "Miracle Man" ti colpiscono subito, per la melodia e per il riffing sfizioso, oltre ai soli di chitarra per quali nei confronti di Zakk, dobbiamo solo inchinarci.
L'unica canzone che non mi piace tanto è "Fire In The Sky", la trovo un po' scontata come ballad, ma questo è un piccolo dettaglio personale, dato che su più fronti ho sempre sentito parlare di questa come una gran bella canzone.
In definitiva il nostro madman sul finire degli anni '80 non ci ha deluso e si e' mantenuto in perfetta forma, ma soprattutto ha fatto conoscere al mondo uno come Zakk Wilde, che certo non poteva desiderare di meglio come esordio, e ci ha regalato l'ennesima perla del suo talento.

Ozzy canta veramente male e potremmo definire la sua voce di transizione tra gli anni 80 e 90.
Voto 3 per la noiosità di questo album che include canzoni scontate e arrangiate un po’ alla meglio da Ozzy.

L’album è godibile e gli assoli di Wylde a distanza di anni restano un piacere per le orecchie.
Da un punto di vista artistico è da considerarsi un lavoro interlocutorio, privo del guizzo che fa la differenza tra un buon brano ed un classico.
