Noel Scott Engel (1943–2019) è stato un cantautore e compositore statunitense-britannico. Dalla fama pop con i Walker Brothers passò a opere soliste sempre più audaci, tra baroque pop, avanguardia e colonne sonore. Celebre per la voce baritonale e per album come Scott 4, Tilt, The Drift e Bish Bosch.
