7 Year Bitch è una band punk/grunge di Seattle attiva tra il 1990 e il 1997. Ha pubblicato tre album in studio: Sick 'Em (1992), ¡Viva Zapata! (1994) e Gato Negro (1996), passando da C/Z Records ad Atlantic. ¡Viva Zapata! è dedicato a Mia Zapata dei The Gits. Formazione storica con Selene Vigil (voce), Elizabeth Davis (basso), Valerie Agnew (batteria) e le chitarriste Stefanie Sargent (scomparsa nel 1992) e, successivamente, Roisin Dunne.
