I Descendents sono una band punk statunitense formatasi nel South Bay di Los Angeles nel 1977. Guidati dalla voce di Milo Aukerman e dalla batteria di Bill Stevenson, sono considerati pionieri dell’hardcore melodico e del pop-punk. Tra periodi di pausa legati alla carriera scientifica di Aukerman e vari ritorni, hanno pubblicato album chiave come Milo Goes to College (1982), I Don’t Want to Grow Up (1985), Enjoy! (1986), ALL (1987), Everything Sucks (1996), Cool to Be You (2004) e Hypercaffium Spazzinate (2016).
