Dissection

Dissection è un gruppo metal svedese fondato nel 1989 da Jon Nödtveidt, noto per la fusione di black e death melodico che ha prodotto i classici The Somberlain (1993) e Storm of the Light's Bane (1995). Dopo una lunga pausa dovuta all’incarcerazione del leader, il ritorno con Reinkaos (2006) ha segnato un cambio di rotta stilistico. La band si è sciolta in seguito al suicidio di Nödtveidt nel 2006.
