Emperor

Emperor sono un gruppo black metal norvegese fondato a Notodden (Telemark) nel 1991 da Ihsahn e Samoth. Pionieri del black sinfonico, hanno pubblicato classici come In the Nightside Eclipse e Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk, fino a Prometheus (2001). Sciolti nel 2001, si sono riuniti più volte per concerti.
