Benvenuti nell'atelier Goldfrapp!
I due stilisti musicali, il musicista Will Gregory e la vocalist Alison Goldfrapp, ci confezionano 11 nuovi abiti sonori. In questa nuova collezione troviamo tagli psichedelici in salsa glamour, cuciture sonic-pop, richiami electroclash, dettagli maliziosi, colori eccitanti e sexy... la collezione risulta essere nel suo complesso acida e psichedelica, audace e di classe.

Ooh La La apre la sfilata; graffiante e stridente, la "mano vocale" di Alison si diverte e si mostra in tutte le sue sfaccettature... Abito: Kitsch.
Lovely 2 C U tocco elettrico e distorto a sfondo luminoso... per me l'abito migliore. Abito: da Jogging metropolitano.
Ride A White Horse vagamente retrò, decisamente malizioso. Abito: accollato davanti, scollatissimo dietro.
You Never Know stridente, Alison ci penetra dentro con i sui gorgheggi. Abito: Jeans e t-shirt con occhiali glam.
Let It Take You malinconicamente richiama giornate piovose, riflessivo, intimo. Abito: Impermeabile.
Fly Me Away leggero, ironico e spensierato, con delicati tocchi synth-pop. Scarpe: sneakers verde pistacchio.
Slide Me sfrontato, sexy e provocante con taglio magnetico e digitale. Abito: sottoveste di seta argentea.
Koko psichedelico, accarezzato dalla voce di Alison più che mai eterea. Abito: Minigonna plissettata e svolazzante.
Satin Chic irriverente ed irridente a colpi di piano honk-tonk. Cappello: cappello di paglia con fascia a pois rossi... chic!
Time Out OF The World delicato e romantico, sognatore e orchestrale. Abito: Abito da sera.
Number 1 leggermente disco, luminoso e patinato. Abito: pantaloni a zampa.
Ecco qui la collezione Goldfrapp, completamente reinventata rispetto alle due passate ("Felt Mountain" e "Black Cherry"). Preparatevi ora ad ascoltare e indossare uno dei lavori electro (glam, synth, psichedelic...) - pop più belli degli ultimi anni.

C'è qualcosa di meccanico nei richiami al sesso e alla trasgressione che si ripresentano puntualmente... il porno chic del singolo "Ride A White Horse".
Con "You Never Know" Goldfrapp ci riporta indietro ai tempi del primo lavoro regalandoci il momento più alto dell'album: una miscela di malinconia misteriosa ed esaltazione mistica.

Supernature è un audace mix di tutta la parte "buona" del pop: quella dei tributi ai decenni andati eseguiti senza troppe shakeramenti deleteri.
Ooh La La, un potentissimo pezzo robotico dance-retro adattissimo alle passerelle e ai lustrini.
