Loudness è una band heavy metal giapponese formata a Osaka nel 1981 da Akira Takasaki e Munetaka Higuchi. Con Minoru Niihara alla voce e Masayoshi Yamashita al basso, pubblicano prime uscite in giapponese e consolidano il suono con The Law of Devil's Land e Disillusion. Il successo internazionale arriva con Thunder in the East, prodotto da Max Norman. Higuchi è scomparso nel 2008.06 Recensioni
