My Dying Bride è una storica band doom/gothic metal inglese nata nel 1990 a Halifax, nota per le sue atmosfere cupe, i testi decadenti e il caratteristico uso di violino e voce versatile di Aaron Stainthorpe. Considerata tra i pilastri del death-doom britannico, ha influenzato la scena mondiale con capolavori negli anni ’90 e un percorso artistico che alterna fedeltà alle origini e sperimentazioni malinconiche.
