OSI (Office of Strategic Influence) è un progetto statunitense fondato nel 2002 da Kevin Moore e Jim Matheos. Ha pubblicato quattro album tra il 2003 e il 2012, unendo prog rock/metal ed elettronica, con Mike Portnoy e poi Gavin Harrison alla batteria; tra gli ospiti figura Mikael Åkerfeldt.
