Ingredients for 5 people:
400 g of durum wheat spaghetti
50 g of mugil bottarga to grate
30 g of mugil bottarga in powder
40 g of fresh shallots
6 tablespoons of "sardo" EVO olive oil
1 lemon
Preparation:
- Boiling water, spaghetti inside.
- Fragrances in the pan: EVO oil, shallots, lemon zest, very low heat ehm, can you smell the aroma? Perfect.
- Drain the pasta and toss everything in the pan with powdered bottarga.
- Final touch: more grated bottarga on top, don't hold back.

Anyway, I would have put at least 1 ounce of spaghetti per person, but at least, increasing all the other ingredient amounts obviously and nothing...
