The Cribs sono un trio indie rock inglese di Wakefield, formato nel 2001 dai fratelli Gary, Ryan e Ross Jarman. Hanno pubblicato album chiave come The New Fellas e Men's Needs, Women's Needs, Whatever (prod. Alex Kapranos), lavorato con Steve Albini (24-7 Rock Star Shit) e collaborato più volte con Lee Ranaldo. Johnny Marr è stato membro della band nel periodo 2008–2011, con l’album Ignore the Ignorant.
