Rock band statunitense formatasi a San Diego nel 1966. La formazione classica comprende Doug Ingle (voce, organo), Ron Bushy (batteria), Lee Dorman (basso) ed Erik Brann (chitarra). Raggiunsero il successo mondiale con In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (1968), caratterizzato da organo Hammond e una title track di 17 minuti. Pubblicarono anche Heavy (1968), Ball (1969), Metamorphosis (1970) e il live del 1970.
