Metal Forever!
Siamo nel 1988 e i Mitici Judas Priest pubblicarono il mitico "Ram It Down" per quanto mi riguarda, per altri non fu cosi ma i gusti sono gusti.
Sta di fatto che questo disco contiene potenza, melodia e melodie tipicamente anni '80 come del resto fu "Turbo" anche se quest'ultimo fu molto commerciale.
Passiamo però al disco, partendo dalla prima traccia e title track Ram It Down, brano tipicamente Priest che sprigiona fin da subito energia da tutti i pori, splendida! la seconda Heavy metal è molto accattivante, stravagante che ha un non so di che, arriva poi Love zone e come and get it 2 brani molto carini ma non di certo i capisaldi del disco.
Arriviamo poi però a Hard as iron e Blood red skies che invece ci fanno assaporare il gusto della buona musica tipica del periodo, soprattutto con l'ultima citata davvero fatta bene.
Si continua con I'am a rocker e la divertente cover Johnny b g dalla quale fu tratto anche un bel videoclip, ma la storia continua con la mia canzone preferita dell'album che contiene di tutto secondo me, metal aggressivo, erotismo allo stato puro basta sentire le fruste in sottofondo anche se un po' sadomaso come cosa ma geniale, assoli e riff stupendi, voce impeccabile, insomma una song di Heavy Metal con la M maiuscola e per finire in bellezza ascoltiamoci Monsters of rock brano che chiude degnamente un grande album, non un capolavoro ma poco ci manca ragazzi.
Questa è la mia prima recensione siate buoni spero l'abbiate gradita buona lettura e buon ascolto. Mi raccomando per chi non avesse questo album, parlo degli appassionati del genere compratelo assolutamente è imperdibile... Priest foreverrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Riffs d’acciaio e assoli inarrivabili! Ecco cosa contiene (tra gli altri elementi) un disco dei Priest.
Un album dove ci sono tutti gli ingredienti del classico metal e dei Judas Priest, che sfoderano tutte le loro armi migliori.
