Garbage è una band rock statunitense formata a Madison (Wisconsin) nel 1993 da Butch Vig, Duke Erikson e Steve Marker; alla voce la scozzese Shirley Manson. Debuttano nel 1995 con l’omonimo album e consolidano il successo con Version 2.0 (1998). Tra i brani più noti: Stupid Girl, Only Happy When It Rains, I Think I’m Paranoid. Nel 1999 incidono il tema bondiano The World Is Not Enough.
