Vanilla Fudge è un gruppo rock psichedelico formato a New York nel 1966 da Mark Stein, Tim Bogert, Vince Martell e Carmine Appice. Celebri per le reinterpretazioni lente e pesanti di brani pop (su tutte You Keep Me Hangin' On) e per l’uso massiccio di organo Hammond e armonie vocali, hanno influito sulle prime ondate hard rock e proto-prog. Attivi a ondate dal 1966, hanno pubblicato classici a fine Sixties e vari ritorni in epoche successive.
