Tristania

Tristania è una band gothic metal norvegese formata nel 1996 a Stavanger. Dopo l’EP del 1997, si è affermata con gli album Widow’s Weeds (1998) e Beyond the Veil (1999), caratterizzati da doppia voce e arrangiamenti gotico-sinfonici. Morten Veland ha lasciato la band nel 2000; Vibeke Stene è rimasta fino al 2007. La discografia prosegue con World of Glass (2001), Ashes (2005), Illumination (2007), Rubicon (2010) e Darkest White (2013). Scioglimento annunciato nel 2022.
