 Appena sedicenne, l'enfant prodige di Fargo, mostrò attraverso quest'album quanto non sia fondamentale portare sul groppone decenni di sofferenze per suonare del blues in maniera credibile.

 Nulla di originale e innovativo a livello di contenuti in questo Lie to Me, semplicemente un bel disco da ascoltare e riascoltare, magari in veranda con un paio di birre ghiacciate.
