 È impossibile stabilire con esattezza quale sia il miglior lavoro di Bowie, infatti essendo stato egli un personaggio estremamente eclettico e geniale, ha prodotto quasi esclusivamente capolavori musicali raffinati.

 Un album di transizione, questo sicuramente, ma resta un validissimo lavoro che, nell'ombra di capolavori quali il successivo Station To Station o gli iconici The Rise And The Fall… e Hunky Dory, a volte viene un po’ sottovalutato.
