The Cult sono una band rock britannica guidata da Ian Astbury (voce) e Billy Duffy (chitarra). Dagli esordi post‑punk/gothic con Dreamtime e Love passano all’hard rock di Electric e al successo di Sonic Temple, mantenendo nel tempo un’identità fatta di riff solidi e iconografia nativo‑americana. Hanno pubblicato anche Beyond Good and Evil, Born Into This, Choice of Weapon e Hidden City.
