No Nick, non me li accatto, li chiedo a Josi... quel INDIE Rock nei generi non mi attira per nulla. Altra cosa che non mi attira per nulla è il fatto che ti piacciano, perchè come ben sai se una cosa piace a me a te fa cagare. Vorrei sentirli giusto per provare a capire perchè a voi piae sta roba ed a me fa cagare... Però c'è di buono che un giorno potremmo fare un negozio di dischi unendo le nostre discoteche Nick, tanto di doppioni avremmo solo i dEUS e qualcun altro (MOLTO pochi), io curo la sezione Prog, tu quella emo-lagna! ;)))

Io Zaire, ma quello del 2004 mi ha lasciato un po' stranito, preferisco il primo che è del 2002 o forse del 2003, ora non ricordo però è sempre recentissimo. Me li han passati descrivendoli come "David Jackson & Amichetti", ma secondo me sono molto di più di un divertimento dell' ex Van Der Graaf... il primo è da 4,5 pieno ed il secondo da 4 meno. Fossero usciti 20 anni fa gli album avremmo gridato al capolavoro, però nel 2003 sanno un po' di "famoje vedè che semo troppo progg regà"/ Calcola però che io devo ancora esploraralo tutto il prog 70, perciò magari sono ancora abbagliato dal fascino delle prime cose per riuscire a vedere bene cosa c'è di buono in quelle nuove... comunque è un gruppone, recenbsiscilo, quella è musica da de-baser, anche perchè sono attuali ed è un peccato perderli nel mentre che si ricercano le vecchie perle come questa (vabèh questa la trovi pure dal macellaio, però tipo i Van Der Graaf devi sbatterti un po' per trovare le copie)

Strangler... mi hai illuminato...economics and sociology, played on the football team, and acted in school plays. Upon graduation, he became a radio sports announcer. With Snailking, their second full length release, Ufomammut continue to blow minds with their own unique brand of psychedelic sludge. With long songs, droning vocals and massive effects Ufomammut is right there along side of Neurosis, Sons of Otis and Electric Wizard. Ufomammut is thick, swirling, punishing sludge--over-indulging in Fuzz and psychedelics. This 8-song album represents the best in this sub category of Stoner/Doom. Lots of guitar tracks, echoplex style delay, samples and synth all the way through. A real moody trip from beginning to end. Snailking was recorded in the back woods of Italy’s mountains over a period of 4 weeks. The band holed themselves up in seclusion and let the creativity flow! The result is monumental! Highly recommended!<---- Finite. Visto che non solo il solo coglione a dire che SPAAAAAAAAACCANO.

Full on psychedelia laced with enough doom to make you wonder: this is the album that Electric Wizard didn't make. Vocal sounds bordering on Filth Pig era Jourgenson(Ministry) meets Electric Wizard. The jams infused with slabs of mountainous riffage that start from the opening track and doesn't let up. The production is stunning and will leave your head spinning. The sounds wander aimlessly through your head, as the ulimate stoner doom album transcends the mind. This IS what stoner rock is all about, folks. Well worth the wait.////

Snailking’s 8 songs are about intertwining crushing noise and dead space. A riff can float off on its own, while another one builds up underneath the distortion. Impressive stuff, in the vein of Sons of Otis, Buried at Sea, or latter-day Electric Wizard. Their use of keyboards and sound samples (such as the Grim Reaper from Monty Python’s Meaning of Life) adds to the overall mood of the album. There’s not a wasted note, nor a weak track. They know when to ride the note, when to create a wall of sound, or when to layer the effects. It’s doom, it’s sludge, it’s full on metal. Like Yob’s releases, Snailking’s original and catchy work by a band worth keeping an eye on. Highly recommended.///
